Engaged Employees Inspire Company Innovation

Sad or Happy Employees?

When it comes to innovation, business leaders are counting on ideas from employees, customers and partners to help drive the organization forward. And "engaged" employees are most likely to contribute those innovations, according to a Gallup Management Journal (GMJ) survey of U.S. workers. Unfortunately, 71% of employees are not engaged or are actively disengaged.
