The Baton Exchange: Young Professional Development and Mentoring

February 11th, 2014

The Baton Exchange prepares tomorrow’s Christian marketplace leaders for the leadership baton. It is a faith-based professional & leadership development non-profit that equips recent graduates and young professionals to integrate faith, vocation, and leadership for redemptive, transformative influence in the global marketplace, no matter their vocation.

Students, Graduates and Young Professionals can engage in one of three ways:

  1. Catalyst Cohort. A post-college, 13-month, on-site, living-learning leadership training experience in Columbus, Ohio, with job placement. You will receive training in justice issues strategies; have urban volunteer experiences; benefit from Life2Life marketplace leader interactions; have a personal vocational/spiritual mentor; enjoy a residential Living-Learning Community with your cohort in an up and coming city for young professionals; receive professional development, character formation, and faith-work integration training essential for being an influence for Christ at work and in culture.
  2. Customized certificate tracks in faith, work, and leadership integration. Curriculum is in the process of being put on-line for E-Learning.
  3. Mentoring. Enroll in our mentoring program, and be matched with a vocational mentor in your city, complete with curriculum you customize. The curriculum focuses on helping you develop leadership and life skills, character, and your career.
