Both the workplace and the church are experiencing a major demographic transition as Boomers and Millennials learn how to do life and leadership together. Collaboration of the two largest cohorts of the past four generations can enrich every corner of society, but this can also create a battle ground as both generations navigate significant differences in their experience, outlook and expectations.
Find a way to meet people where they are already at and take them with you. Don't expect them to just get on your level. If there is a connection gap, it's up to you to find common ground and begin moving forward.
